Question : Dear Dr.,
I had a protected hand job this evening from a masseuse and I know it was safe down there. however, I licked her nipple during the time and I believe it was dry, no lactating. after all, I realized that I've been having a cold sore on my lip. Am I at risk at getting any disease especially HIV and STD?

Brief Answer:
Very Unlikely to get STD
Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for the information.
If her nipple was dry and there was no skin lesions on it , then it is extremely unlikely for you to get HIV/STD in that manner. Your lip sore may not be related to STD .
If possible kindly upload a picture of your lip sore so that I can tell you with more surety.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Possible but less chance
Detailed Answer:
HI
Yes the risk increases if you had cold sore before licking her nipple. But again if her nipple is dry and free of any skin lesions , the chances are very less.
Regards.
