Question : If I had an angiogram and my arteries were 100% clean do I need to still worry about having a heart attack? Please provide a detailed answer. Not a short one line answer.

Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that the only reason of heart attack is the supply demand mismatch.

Heart attack happens when the demand of amount of blood required to the muscles of the heart while functioning is not fulfilled adequately. And the most important reason to this is the blockage in the arteries which supply blood to the heart.
