Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Ranitidine is antiacid medicine. It just blocks different receptor (called H2) than more commonly used PPIs (proton pump inhibitors) like Omeprasole or Pantoprasole. So if you want to use Ranitidine with Pantoprasole or Omeprasole, it s not a good idea.
It should be used PPI or Ranitidine. Not both together.

I can see no wart there. Your mouth looks regular. The thing near red dot can be caused by some minor injury. This should not be a reason of concern.
