Question : Would a gastroenterologist notice a difference when carrying out a gastrointestinal flexoscopy in a heavily pregnant woman vs someone who wasnt?

Well its difficult to know about pregnancy during endoscopy by an gastroenterologist either during an upper GI endoscopy or an lower GI endoscopy as the endoscope only sees what's inside the lumen of intestine and not outside it.

Only if it's third trimester the abdominal examination may reveal same.
