Yes he an see the indications of tumor by scans like CT and MRI scans.
Some times weakness and drooping of eye lid etc can also be appreciated in patients with brain tumor however a confirmative scan is must.shadows, flashes of light, or wiggly lines in your vision,partial or total loss of vision,a lump on your eyelid or in your eye that's increasing in size are among few signs which doctor can see.
