Question : I have hydrocardiomyopathy. I also have a leaky valve. My dr has increased my med of bystolic to 25 mg aday and verapamil to 180 mg twice a day. Can this cause memory problem s?

Bistolic is a betablocker while verapamil is a calcium channel blockers. Frankly speaking both of them have no assocairtion with memory loss.
You are 67 go for a MRI brain initially to rule out possibility of Age related dementia or any other pathology like alzhiemers etc.
