Question : I think I notice a short pause in my heartbeat is this normal?

You are experiencing a short pause in your heart and this is normal. This looks like extra cardiac beats which is a normal finding and you shouldn't worry about that.

However i would suggest to do:
- cardiac echo
- stress test
- Holter monitoring
to exclude any other heart disease.
