Question : white discharge with white bits that are like tissue, and i itch as well, had it for about 2 days now, have tried an oral thrush pill today, but i thought the tissue like bits re strange.

Thanks for the query.

You seem to have a yeast infection.The thrush pill that you have taken should help.But you should also use antifungal vaginal pessaries/cream to relieve your symptoms faster.

Consult your doctor and take a prescription for the same.
The white tissue like bits are thick,curdy discharge that is typical of yeast infection.

Avoid sexual intercourse till your treatment is over.
