Question : Can Angiodysplasia of the colon be caused/aggravated by an injury? Example; Auto accident. seat belt causing severe injury to abdomen.

Hello dear. I understand your concern. Angiodysplasia involves small vessels of colon and also it is difficult for a blunt trauma to reach small vessels of colon as colon is protected by peritoneum.
