Brief Answer:
No.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

Antero or retro lysthesis, cannot be reversed by exercise alone as it increase only muscle tone or power so that muscles can take excess jerky effects while doing daily works.

For lysthesis to be reversed you need to have surgery.

If its of low grade or grade 1 then no surgery is required as with back strengthening exercise muscle will help.

Although painkillers are required.

If grade is high with neurological involvement then only surgery is required.

One thing more at old age lysthesis is due to degenerative processes for which I advise exercise.

I hope you got the answer.

Thanks,
