If you can tolerate, then I will say continue and observe. However, if you think you need help then let me know. For now, watch your diet. If you aye something that you are not familiar with, then I will recommend that you suspend that for now. As for the frequent loose stools, drink as much water as possible to replace any losses. loose stools don't kill except you fail to replenish the lost fluids by drinking much water.
