Brief Answer:
Nobody can tell you name of that pill

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing through HCM.

I can understand your concerns. You have written that you have been on adderall, lexapro and zoloft, but you have not written regarding the benefit you got from these pills.

Adderall can cause weight loss. It is difficult to say anything regarding the name of that pill based on the description. Many pills have similar description. Adderall was introduced in market in 2002, so it is not possible that you have taken it during 80's or 90's. All other drugs that are now used in treatment for ADHD have been introduced after 2000. The antidepressants available during 80's and 90's are SSRIs like prozac, zoloft, celexa, paxil etc.

You might have taken some kind of antidepressant drug.

You can ask your friend regarding the name of hat pill if she has used it.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have further query then I shall be happy to help.
Wish you good health.
