Can Anxiety Cause Increased Heart Rate?

default
Posted on Wed, 4 Oct 2017
Question: whenever I start thinking about my future, my heart rates goes up. A fear occurs in my mind. It all seems that everything is going wrong with me. Future seems pessimistic and I start to doubt everything I think.

Even if everything is fine, I regularly devalue myself and doubt whether the decision I am taking is right or not.
What should I do?

Brief Answer:
I think your problem stems from some insecurity--fiancial? image? relations

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to health care magic,
I see you are young, and a bit overweight. Dr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX has already given some excellent advise to you earlier.

I would like to add the following to Dr. XXXXXXX Kumar's advise.
Increase your morning walk to one and a half hours--about 7 km. If possible get a companion to walk with you who is not from your family/office colleague. Open up and unburden yourself to this neutral person. It is the best psychotherapy, free and on a daily basis. Both the exercise and free talking will help. It will also clear up your thoughts as to cause of your problem. I have found this to help in many of my patients.
A whole body check up may not be a bad idea.
Changing to a green/fruit/low fat dairy diet will help.
But do indulge yourself once in a while. You are young and need to eat your favourite foods once in a while.
And lastly try an anxiolytic like alpraxolam with doctor's prescription if needed. It will also give you sound sleep.
If all this fails, it means you need to see a psychiatrist for proper diagnosis.
You can revert back to me.
Regards
