Question : Stiffness in neck, pain in lower back.
Due to anxiety sever migraine (headache).

CBC/ESR/Uric acid /CRP reports normal.

You did not mentioned your age?
Any comorbitities if any?
Any xary or mri scan?
neck stiffness and lower back pain can be due to multiple reasons , most commonly are ankylosing spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis, so please get your HLAB27 and ANTICCP checked, take physiotherapy, give hot fomentation, also get your mri whole spine done with screening of SI joint.
regarding migraine it would be better if you consult a neurologist.
