Question : Is apple cider vinegar in foods or taken as a dosage w/food or by itself good, bad or neutral for gastritis? And please explain to me how its good (if so).

Apple cider vinegar prevents the microbial infections particularly H.Pylori infection which is usually involved in cases of gastritis apart from that it also soothes the irritated stomach lining pf stomach to cure gastritis quickly.
It should be taken as two table spoon mixed with 5 ml of organic honey with half glass of XXXXXXX warm water.
