Besides, it has other benefits too like : lowering your fasting glucose levels and helps loose some weight.
I would also recommend taking food rich in omega 3 fatty acids (olive oil, walnuts, fish, fish oil, etc.) and perform aerobics, which can help reduce LDL levels.
