Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that it is true that apple cider vinegar can help lower your LDL cholesterol.
It helps the liver metabolism, thus reducing cholesterol levels. This has been studied first in mice and than in humans. So, there some data based evidence to support this use of apple cider vinegar.

Besides, it has other benefits too like : lowering your fasting glucose levels and helps loose some weight.

I would also recommend taking food rich in omega 3 fatty acids (olive oil, walnuts, fish, fish oil, etc.) and perform aerobics, which can help reduce LDL levels.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
