                                            Question : can a barrel chest be cured? i am age 25 and have a barrel chest and need to fixed

Barrel shaped chest is also known as pectus excarinatum. And in most cases no treatment is required because patient is asymptomatic.
So if you are not having any symptoms like cough, breathlessness etc than no need to worry for this deformity.
And surgery is the only available treatment. This surgery is very risky procedure with not so great success rate. So better not to undergo surgery if you are asymptomatic.
