Detailed Answer:
Dear,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to any cardiac disorders. There is no cardiac disorders to cause pain in both arms.

Fibromyalgia seems to be the main cause of your complaints.

I would recommend checking also inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR) and vitamin D plasma levels for possible deficiency.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

I would be glad to assist you again whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I carefully reviewed your ECG report and would explain that there are some Suspicious ECG changes (like ST depression).

For this reason, I would recommend performing a cardiac MRI in order to examine better the heart tissues and identify the presence or not of signs of past myocardial ischemia.

Hope you will find this information helpful !

I remain at your disposal in case of further questions whenever you need!

My opinion as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I don’t think that you are in immediate danger.

But I think that a cardiac MRI would definitely clarify those ECG changes.

In the meantime you can continue to work out normally and take your current medication.
