Brief Answer:
Birth control pills are the likely cause of headache

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Birth control pills have the side effect of aggravating or unmasking the migraine in a person.
So, if all your investigations pertaining to headache are normal, then it is very likely that the birth control pills are the cause of your headache.
You may switch to other forms of contraception like IUD, implants or barrier after consultation with your OBGYN specialist.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
