Brief Answer:

Please provide some information

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It is not common that the bladder infection have only the symptom of back pain.

In order for me to understand your problem, please let me know some more information about your back pain.

Does it radiate? - in your hips or down in your legs?
How can you describe it?- sharp? dull? ache? numbness? ect
How severe is it? How much do you grade it if 0 is no pain and 10 is the biggest pain?

What makes it worse? What makes it better?

As much information you can give me, more I will be able to give accurate advice.
Looking forward to your follow up question.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
