I have gone through your query. You can check in any of the arms right or left. But once in a while it is better to check in both hands one after the other. Be free and relaxed , emptied bladder, cuff put in arm at same level of level of heart , avoid smoking or coffee before measuring BP. These all gives you a normal reading.
