Breakage in the condom can lead to HIV of your escort had HIV. Please get yourself tested for HIV with ELISA and wester blot technique after 12 weeks. HIV test can be negative for up to 3 months after sexual intercourse, this is known as the 'window period'.

Hello
Thanks for getting back
You can go for post exposure prophylaxis to try and prevent HIV, it is not a fool proof method but it can help to some extent to prevent HIV. Please get back to me with the following details
1. Was it anal intercourse or vaginal
2. Was there any bleeding either from her vagina or your penis
3. Are you circumcised
Please get back to me

Two drug Prophylaxis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for getting back
I recommend a 2 drug regimen for you consisting of Zidovudine plus tenofavir. This combination has to be taken for 28 days. Check for HIV after 4 weeks, 6 and then at 2 months.
I have to add here that Post exposure prophylaxis is usually not initiated 72 hours after exposure however I suggest that you approach a physician with this history. I also suggest you to get a HIV viral load done at 4 weeks
Regards
