Question : Hello would it be possible to reduce sides of bridge of nose slightly without breaking bones and being under general anesthesia?

You can reduce the sides of the bridge of the nose only surgically and under general anesthesia.

I’ve read from a couple of sources that if only 1-2mm needs to be shaved then it can be done with local anesthesia. Could you elaborate on why you do not believe this to be true?

Hello,

If only 1-2 mm of the bone is to be shaved it can be tried under local anaesthesia by a well qualified plastic surgeon specializing in face aesthetics.

Ideally, general anaesthesia is considered for rhinoplasty for safety and comfort of the patient.

I thought you were asking about any non-surgical way of reducing the size of the bridge of the nose.

That’s why I answered its not possible without surgery.
