No, bronchial thermoplasty can not improve lung functions after lung remodeling.
Honestly speaking, bronchial thermoplasty is advisable only in pure asthma patients who are severely ill and improving with bronchodilators.
Since you are having associated bronchiectesis, this won't help you.
