Brief Answer:
detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern for your friend.

Usually these supplements don't have any major interaction with medications but they can have moderate ones.

Using a drug called Hydrocholothiazide (used to lower blood pressure) together with Vit D or Calcium can increase the levels of calcium in blood causing Hypercalcemia. The symptoms are excessive thirsty ,frequent urination, stomach upset, confusion. It can also cause abnormal heart rhythms.

It is important to know what drugs your friend is taken to tell you better if they can interact with these supplements.
I would suggest to measure his blood pressure. He may need to see a doctor right away.

Let me know how can I help you further.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
