Question : hi my baby is suffering with fever from last night. we have given calpal for two times with 6hrs gap and again fever coming. can you call and advise

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern

If there is no other symptoms apart from fever, this is probably a viral illness. If baby is otherwise active, playful and taking enough feeds, nothing to worry. Usually viral fever settle in 3-4 days. So just continue giving Calpol 3-4 times daily (exact dose depends on age and body weight) for next 2-3 days. Nothing else is needed as of now.

If fever is not coming down by then, or if additional symptoms appear, we can evaluate further. Until then no worries.
