Question : Hello, I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and expecting twins. currently am using folic acid and progesterone suppositories. Doctor also advised to take pubergen 5000 IU injection weekly. My cervix length is 3cm. I had a history of spontaneous abortion at 15th week. The reason may be due to incompetent cervix or infections. As my cervix length is 3cm, doctor asked to avoid physical activities. My concern is , is this cervical length will improve if I take rest and what is the ideal cervix length one should have at 8 weeks. And, is pubergen recommended during pregnancy?
