I take exforge 5/160 everyday at 5pm. I wasn't sure I took it today so I took a pill at 2am. Should I be worried?

Since you were not sure, you have done the right thing by taking it at 2am. There is nothing to be worried about. However, other than on this occasion, maintain 5pm as the schedule dose time.
