Question : My wife ran a triathlon today and now has chest pain she rates at four out of a scale of ten... No pain in her arm. Late dinner.

The pain in chest can be due to a muscle pain or gastritis. In case the pain is associated with sweating or breathlessness then a cardiac cause needs to be ruled out. In case the pain subsides with rest then there is no need to worry. She can have omeprazole and antacid and see if it helps.
