chances are very little. maintain oral hygiene
Hi thanks for using HCM. I went through the query and understood your concern.
The chance of bleeding gums
due to chewing nicotine
gums is very rare. Chewing gum can cause local irritation and hence local injury
due to irritation can be a possibility.
But before confirming the cause as nicotine chewing gum the other common causes should be ruled out like any blunt trauma
during brushing your teeth, new brushes, vitamin defeciency or due to recent illness. If none of these present maintain oral hygiene. If the bleeding is for first time then you can continue this and check for the cause while maintaining oral hygiene.
I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask if any further queries and I will be glad to answer them.
Wish you good health.
