Brief Answer:

No it doesnt

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

After going through the medical query raised by you I would like to tell you that there is no such study that concludes the relation between tobacco chewing and increase in triglycerides.

However, tobacco chewing can increase blood pressure up to a certain extent due to the vasoconstrictor effect.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
