Brief Answer:
Chlamydia is sexually transmitted. There is no evidence of other ways.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HealthcareMagic,
I read your question carefully and I can understand your concern.

Chlamydia infections are mostly sexually transmitted. There is no evidence of transmission of this bacteria in other ways.

One way to have a piece of mind is to ask the person (if you're aware of him/her whose bloody fluid was there) if s/he has any infection. Then it would provide some clarity and also it can be easily treated if at all needed.

But again, I don't think that you can get Chlamydia by a toothbrush.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
