Question: MY NAME IS N.S XXXXXXX ON 25-03-2018 I FELL DOWN FROM STAIRS. MY HEAD BACK RIGHT SIDE WAS EFFECTED. NO PAIN BUT CONTINUOUS TINNITUS FROM 30-03-2018.
I HAVE CONTINUOUS RINGING SOMETIME TONE BECOMES LOUD AND AGAIN RESET TO SAME STATE.
ON 06-04-2018 I WENT TO ENT SPECIALIST HE TOLD TO TAKE TINNEX AND OTOLANZ TABLETS. THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT IN MY CONDITION AFTER USING TABLETS AND AGAIN VISITED ENT. THIS TIME AUDIOGRAM TEST DONE. THE TEST SHOWS MY HEARING LEVELS ARE NORMAL AND NO HEARING LOSS.
ON 10-05-2018 I CONSULTED NEURO PHYSICIAN, HE TOLD THAT TAKE MRI BRAIN.
IN MRI BRAIN REVEALED THAT MY RIGHT AICA IS LOOPING AROUND RIGHT 8TH NERVE COMPLEX.
THE DOCTOR SAID THAT TAKE MEDICATION FOR 2MONTHS, IF THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT YOU NEED SURGERY.
PLEASE TELL ME SIR MY NERVE BACK TO NORMAL POSITION USING MEDICINES. I DONT WANT SURGERY I AM POOR. I CAN'T CONCENTRATE ON MY STUDIES.
MY DAILY LIFE AFFECTED. PLEASE RESOLVE MY PROBLEM SIR

The finding on MRI is incidental and can be seen in many patients.
You need to continue "vestibular adaptation exercises" under the guidance of a physiotherapist. You would get better with that.
