Brief Answer:
almost impossible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.

It is almost impossible for semen or any sexual activity to transmit cocaine into partner's system.

Cocaine is rapidly metabolized in the liver and is excreted fairly fast in urine.

I do not think a man can pass cocaine to his partner via semen.

Hope this answers your query satisfactorily.

Thanks.
