Hello and welcome,

You wrote clarinase - did you mean Clarinex? Or maybe Claritin?

Both of these are antihistamines, and if your cold and flu preparation also has an antihistamine in it (some do), then it would be too much.

Can you please tell me what is in your cold and flu medicine? It should say on the bottle or box. Then I can check on the medications compatibility.

Brief Answer:
Don't take the Cold medicine with Clairitn or Clarinex

Detailed Answer:
Thanks - I look up the ingredients in the cold medicine and I think you should not take the Claritin or Clarinex with it. The reason I would not combine these medicines is because the Day and Night Nurse Cold and Flu contains an antihistamine so it wouldn't be the best idea to combine them.

I hope this information helps you and you are feeling better soon!
