Biopsy is far more accurate than blood or urine tests

I appreciate your concern

It is possible for blood tests to provide valuable information in terms of colitis , especially ulcerative colitis. However, colonoscopy and biopsy is the most accurate test in terms of confirming or excluding colitis. Urine tests provide little information in terms of colitis and cant be used to diagnose colitis.

Yes, CAT scan would be better then blood and urine tests.

But still Colonoscopy and biopsy would remain the best test.
