Brief Answer:
Can be a hormonal disturbance.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

The brownish vaginal discharge that you have is not related to colon problems or kidney failure. This can be due to mild hormonal disturbance or a vaginal infection that can be diagnosed on a vaginal swab culture sensitivity analysis.

The colon problem is usually associated with diarrhea constipation and bloody stools. Kidney failure is associated with decreased urination and swelling all over the body. Your symptoms are more likely to be due to a hormonal disturbance likely in perimenopausal age group.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow-up queries that you have.

Wishing you good health.

with perimenopause and hormonal disturbance and vaginal infection. if so what is a good med or antibiotic to take for it.

Brief Answer:
Hormonal pills can help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing in again.

To control the heavy bleeding you can have Pause MF and oral contraceptive pills or only progesterone pills after getting these prescribed by your gynecologist.

The vaginal infections are usually mixed infections and need a combination of Azithromycin Metronidazole and Fluconazole for treatment (Prescription medications).

Hope my answer is helpful.
