Can Compression Stockings Be Worn During The Entire Day?

Question: I am going to start wearing compression hose because I have modeatlery incompent great sahpeounous vein in both legs.how long should the stocking be worn duting the day and how often removed and can I sleep without them on.all other veins and arteries of the legs are fine acvoording to the ultrasoiund
