Question : I wrapped my thigh which was swelling after a groin pull injury and it stopped the pain in my groin and hip. Will this also decrease the swelling and is there a XXXXXXX time I should leave it wrapped or is it ok to leave wrap on while I'm healing?

Wrapping the area will also help in decreasing the swelling. You can leave the wrap as it is but be sure that it is not too tight so as to affect the blood circulation of the leg.
