Question : Can rubbing across nose across both nostrils and nose with hand cause any changes in shape, position of any part of nose or entire nose?

Hello,

Mere rubbing of your nose will not cause any changes in the shape or size of the nose.

Any changes in the shape of the nose could be developmental in origin and are usually related to septal cartilage deviation.
