Question: For the last 9 days my periods continue in Dec 2021 after delivery 5 yrs copper tee put by doctor

Hello doctor, my age is 37 yrs. Cut inserted on 25 th Dec 2021. Yes this is the first time we go beyond 6 days.

Thanks for the information.

Such a prolonged period can be due to hormonal imbalance or structural deformity in the uterine endometrium.

Since, I do not see any reason for hormonal imbalance except a new exercise routine, I would recommend you to get the ultrasound scan done to rule out any defects in the uterus which can cause such bleeding.
