Question : I had plugged in my laptop on the floor and i got up and started walking and noticed the cord was wrapped around my left ankle. Could this injure your ankle? There is no swelling and I can move my ankle back and forth and up and down.

I have studied your case and if you are having no pain in the ankle and movement of ankle are also free then I think there is nothing to be worried about.
Your ankle is normal. Though be careful future as such injury can cause fracture or sprain in the ankle.
