Brief Answer:

Urea and creatinine may be raised due to dehydration.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The laboratory tests that you have posted show all normal results except ESR, urea and creatinine.

ESR is a non-specific marker of inflammation. Urea and creatinine are markers of idney functions. Do you suffer from any kind of kidney disease?

If no kidney disease is known, I suggest you get an ultrasound of the kidney region and tests for calculating GFR.

However, before going for these tests, you may increase fluid intake and then check with these parameters after a couple of days. They may be raised due to dehydration.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Brief Answer:

Stilnox can be used for short-term, however, the cause of insomnia needs to be diagnosed.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Stilnox is a prescription based preparation which contains Zolpidem. This drug is used to treat short-term insomnia.
Zolpidem can help to improve sleep onset, however, this is not the treatment for insomnia.

Prolonged usage is not recommended. Instead, the underlying cause for insomnia needs to be treated which may be psychological or pathological.

I'd suggest you get sleep studies and consult a pulmonologist and/or neurologist for treatment of insomnia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Brief Answer:

Life style modifications can help to improve sleep.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your compliant is that of 'improper sleep during night'.
For proper sleep at night, you need to take a couple of life style modifying steps to improve the sleep hygiene.
Firstly, do not go to bed very late.

Take dinner at least two hours prior to going to bed. Avoid beverages like tea, coffee, alcohol at night.

Take off time for sports, exercises, yoga etc. Physical fatigue will help to go off to sleep more easily. Avoid stressful activities at night just prior to going off to bed.

I hope these small lifestyle modifications will improve your sleep and reduce dependency on drugs.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
