Question : No i am ok , my usualmedical exams are normal
kindly check your blood pressure. it can be due to dehydration also.

When i was biking my heart beats was 169 however
I felt dizziness 5 min after i stopped not before
during march i did my bi-annual routine medical test ,including blood pressure and effort test ...everything was normal

Yes, dehydration can cause lightheadedness which can cause your symptoms.
If your investigations were normal, I think another reason for your symptoms and raised heartbeat could be anxiety.
Has it happened in past? Does it happens repeatedly?

This is the first time of my life i face this problem
