Septal deviation can not cause double vision unless extreme.

Septal deviation cannot cause double vision unless the deviation is too severe that the nose is completely displaced to one side nd blocks the vision which is unlikely. Please send me the pictures of your face and xray pictures so that i can suggest you better.
