Dilatation of common bile duct(CBD)itself doesn't cause pain.Actual cause of its dilatation leads to pain.It is dilated in many cases like CBD calculus, hilar mass, aging etc.So cause of dilatation should be searched for and treat accordingly.
Back pain may be due to many reasons like spasm, disc prolapse etc.
Patient need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogarm,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile,Urine RE/ME,
X-ray L/S Spine (AP/lateral view).MRI of L/S Spine can be done if needed.
Initially back pain is treated conservatively and physiotherapy can be done after pain subsides.
Testicular pain need clinical examination and USG. Treatment depends accordingly.
Get well soon.
Hope i have answered your query.
