The severity and duration of fever will depend on the underlying condition which is causing fever, in viral
fever and all, it will last for three to four days.

Combiflam is a combination and paracetamol and ibuprofen, it is effective in fever which are not responding well to paracetamol monotherapy.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
