Can Elderberry Tea And Gabapentin Be Taken Together For Treating Shingles?

Question: i am taking gabapentin 300mg. tylenol 3 for my shingles I've had since December and also taking blood pressure pills losartan hcl and sertraline. Can I take elderberry tea on the side too?
I am 74 year old female and having shingles now since December.
