Question : my wife XXXXXXX XXXXXXX is taking thyronorm 88 mcg since last 2 years, before that she was taking 100 mcg and we visited to endocrinologist some 2 years back and he suggested for 88 mcg, in the last test about 2 months back tsh and free t4 were normal.

But the point shall she visit endocrinologist again to reduce the dose or continue with the dame dose?

Endocrinologist will be able to guide as per latest thyroid profile done within few days. So you can visit endocrinologist if you need a revision of dose. Til lthen continue same dose.
