Question : Is there any food control for endometriosis? I have been getting brown spots before and after my period. Is this normal? This is the first time in so many years

I can understand your situation..
ENDOMETRIOSIS is a hormone dependent lesion.Are you married.?If so plan for pregnancy at the earliest.
Pregnancy can control endometriosis.
If not you can be on long term OC pills ,at least for 6 months under the supervision of a gynaecologist.
